Please contact us with your mailing address for Canada Post shipping information and cost prior to finishing your order. * We only ship in Canada. We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost packages. We will provide you with a tracking number and insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
Local options for online ordering are:
- In-Store or Curbside Pickup – After placing your order online and paying online, we will arrange a pickup time with you. We provide a safe space directly outside our door, or you can choose to come in during the hours we are now open. If the person picking up has a different name, please indicate this in the note section at checkout. You may be asked to show ID.
- Local Perth Delivery – We are offering limited FREE porch delivery inside the Perth town (not the outskirts). We will let you know approximately when to expect your delivery after you place and pay for your order online.
During the COVID-19 and Flu seasons, we will continue to follow all health and safety protocols.
Please contact us if you have any further questions.
