During the Covid 19 pandemic, we will only exchange or refund products that are plastic wrapped. These products can be cleaned and disinfected.

Our standard return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in-person at our Perth location in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, within 7 days, for a full refund or an exchange. Original receipt required.
Some products are not eligible for returns, including:
- original artwork
- any special orders, including books
- sale and clearance items
At the moment, we are not accepting returns by mail.
Starting November 1, purchases earmarked as Christmas gifts can be returned or exchanged
with the original receipt through to January 8. This still follows the above return/exchange guidelines.
